Our core business is the open field cultivation and production of spinach leaves(conventional, teen, baby), chard leaves and head and leaf Catalogna chicory. Thanks to the experience of collaborating partners, today our cultivated area is about 700 hectares. In order to preserve the agro-ecosystem, we also supplement our production of spinach and leafy vegetables with celery, parsley, Savoy cabbage, turnip greens, asparagus and other seasonal vegetables, industrial tomatoes and cereals.
All our lands are on the border between Basilicata and Puglia, on the slopes of Vulture, an area made highly fertile by the encounter of the volcanic rock with the soil emerging from rivers that have now dried up, a suitable habitat for the cultivation of spinach and brassicas. In particular, most of the land is located in the Piana di Lavello (PZ)
