The vegetables arriving from our fields are selected at our operational headquarters in Lavello and are also checked and analyzed according to self-monitoring procedures in compliance with national and international production regulations. Our organization allows us today to meet all the needs of the IV range and V range industry without neglecting the peculiarities related to the fresh market intended for large-scale retail.
In addition to cultivation, another one of our strong points is the selection process which consists of 3 steps. The first takes place through the field monitoring before and during harvesting, the second through an optical sorter that allows the elimination of foreign bodies, the third through a last manual selection to refine the product before being packed.
